[Esupdo-coord] New Job

I regret to inform the NOC and ESUPDO that I will not be able to fulfill
the duties of the NOC chair.  After a long deliberation I have decided
to seek employment with another company.  My last day at ESU #3 will be
August 25th.  It has been a pleasure working with everyone and hopefully
we will be able to stay in contact.
